Bust in Nerone marble (37 AD - 68 AD), reproduction inspired by the work present in the Museum collection Capitolines, Rome. 

Nerone (Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus), was the fifth and last emperor of the Julio-Claudian dynasty. During the first part of his dominion, he ruled with his mother Agrippina.

He was the most controversial emperor and one of the events that most reminds us of him was the outbreak of the fire in Rome. The emperor accused the Christians who lived in the city of having started the fire, and following his death, he himself was accused.
